About this item

Students will learn what cells are and why they are important to living things. They will also understand the parts of an animal cell and plant cell and the differences between them. The show covers, in detail, why cells need to divide and the two types of cell division, mitosis and meiosis. Lastly, students will see how cells are organized in the human body.
