CLAY MORE is the western pen-name of Keith Souter, part doctor, medical journalist and novelist. He is a member of the Western Writers of America and is past Vice President of Western Fictioneers. He is one of the authors who write the Wolf Creek series of novels for Western Fictioneers, under the house name of Ford Fargo. His character is Dr Logan Munro, the town doctor, a veteran of the Crimean War, the Indian Mutiny and the Civil War.
His book The Doctor's Bag - medicine and surgery of yesteryear is a useful resource book about past treatments for writers of westerns and historical fiction.
