I'm the Executive Director of the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University. I'm teaching at Harvard Law School, at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and Fudan University School of Management (China). More recently, I was appointed visiting professor at KEIO University (Japan). My research and teaching focus on information law and policy issues. I graduated from the University of St. Gallen (J.D., S.J.D.) as well as Harvard Law School (LL.M.)
