Namina Forna is a young adult novelist based in Los Angeles, and the author of the epic fantasy YA novel The Gilded Ones. Originally from Sierra Leone, West Africa, she moved to the US when she was nine and has been traveling back and forth ever since. Namina loves building fantastical worlds and telling stories with fierce female leads.

Arushi Avachat

Arushi Avachat is a writer from the Bay Area. She currently studies English and Political Science at UCLA, where she can be found sipping caramel lattes and pretending to be productive at Kerckhoff Coffee House. She is a contributor to the Young Adult anthology (Feiwel and Friends) . Arushi loves dark chocolate, Jane Austen books, and California winters. (Wednesday Books) is her first novel. She is represented by the lovely Rebecca Rodd and Kerry Sparks at LGR Literary.
