Greatest Hits of the 60s, Vol. 1 contains a nice cross section of music from the era, including British Invasion nuggets by Peter & Gordon and Manfred Mann and surf sounds by Jan & Dean and the Beach Boys, along with AM pop chart-toppers by Music Explosion, the Chiffons, and Roy Orbison. The sound quality is average, but since these are the original hits, it's worth the bargain-bin price.
