HOW DO I REGISTER?

 

Submit your first title read or listened to on a yellow Registration Entry at the main desk in either building. Receive a logo bag donated by the Friends of the Manchester Public Library filled with adult program information, book, film, and music suggestions, and additional title entry forms.

 

 

HOW DO I LOG THE TITLES I'VE READ OR LISTENED TO?

 

Paper entry slips are available at both buildings. Drop in the wooden box on display.

 

 

ARE THERE ANY PRIZES FOR ADULTS?

 

There will be random drawings for bags of books for those participating in the weekly "brain games." (See additional information about brain games in the section below.) All those logging titles will be entered in the end of summer Grand Prize drawing TBA.

 

 

SHARE YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS WITH OTHER READERS

 

Review submission forms will be available at both buildings. Rotating reviews will be displayed at Cheney on the large bulletin board. There will also be a binder of reviews not on display for patrons to browse through.

       
 
 
 
       

Rock 'n' Rattle Your Brain


Test your skills by solving music-themed puzzles and word games.

Beginning July 2nd there will be a different quiz handout each week.

Handouts will be available on Mondays and will also be available for printing from home on the Adult Summer Reading homepage.

Don't like puzzles? Adult coloring pages will be available each week as an alternative.

Turn in completed forms to Whiton by Friday or Cheney by noon on the following Monday to be eligible for that week's random drawing.
