The Power of Words: Creating Focus for 2023 (adults)

In this free 90 minute workshop, presented by Wendy Rimmelspacher, motivational speaker and coach, and Judy Rooney, therapist and certified mindset & habit coach, you will be guided through the selection of your own “word(s) of the year” highlighting the benefits and clarity of selecting a word for the year, rather than setting resolutions.
