Good afternoon,

Wow! What a month February turned out to be. I don't know if we hit any records for snowfall, but it has been the coldest and snowiest winter I remember in Chillicothe. Since our programs are currently being offered virtually, we were able to get through the month without cancelling any of them. The weather didn't keep us from completing the Main Library remodelling project either. We moved the Children's Room upstairs and Computer Room downstairs, as well as removing the slippery tile from the entryway. Main Library is open to the public again as of March 1.

Starting this month, you can pick up a copy of our new library quarterly booklet. Inside, you'll find information about library services, all of our events, the Take and Make kits available at our county branches, what our staff members are reading, and more.

If you're participating in our virtual programs, you might also see a new face soon. Laura Erwin joined the Adult Services Department in February. She'll be helping with several events this month. Welcome Laura!

As always, if you have suggestions for library events, I love to hear them. See you at the library!

Liz
