For 30 years author Deborah Guarino has been known as the "original Mama Llama,” because of her well-known picture book, Is Your Mama a Llama?, which is still available in five editions, languages from Spanish to Arabic, as an animated film short, and several musical versions.
Now Deborah is celebrating the 30th anniversary of this perennial classic by introducing her newest book, a "'fractured fairy tale” for readers ages 7 to adult, called If the Shoe Fits…

Are you a local college student, looking for a unique service project? A parent with young children wanting to interact with other adults? A retiree looking for a way to volunteer in the community (but not too much of a time commitment)? Why not join the Friends of the Parsippany Library?
The Friends of the Library is a 501C3 volunteer organization that raises money and advocates for the Parsippany Public Library and its branches.
Volunteers are asked to pay a $15.00 membership fee to join. The group meets once a month (attendance is optional).
