The Main Library and Lake Hiawatha Branch will be closed Thursday, December 24th-Sunday, December 27th.
Regular hours will resume on Monday, December 28th.
As of Monday, December 21st, the Main Library is moving to an online reservation system for access to resources inside the building.
We are in the process of setting this system up.
Please check our website later this week for details and to learn how to book an appointment to use the library.

Effective November 30th, the Main Library is taking the temperature of all patrons entering the building. If you register a temperature of 100.4 or higher, you will not be permitted entrance. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please note that all library materials are currently being quarantined for 7 days prior to being checked in, so they will remain on your account for a longer period of time. No fines or fees will be charged to your account because of this.
Unless otherwise noted, all library materials must be returned in the bookdrops outside the buildings.

The Little Nook in the Main Library is partially reopened with a large selection of gently used Holiday Books. Both children's and adult books are sold at $1.00 for hardcover, $.50 for paperbacks. Pick one up for yourself or as a gift, and support The Friends!
Children's Programs
The Main Library (449 Halsey Road) has different Children's craft and activity kits that can be picked up each week and are available while supplies last. Our complete list of activities, along with any registration information, can be found at parsippanylibrary.org.
