Dear Library Supporter,
I hope this message finds you healthy and well.
It has been an incredible year at the Charlotte and William Bloomberg Medford Public Library. Since our opening in January 2022, the library has welcomed 142,000 visitors.
The new library is spectacular and has become a popular community destination for all ages. The building is full of promise, and we have just started tapping the potential of the spaces, equipment, and technologies.
The programming and meeting spaces have been well-used this year with everything from Baby Lap sit Storytimes to Teen Creative Writing to a visit from author Paul Theroux. The Spring and Summer program schedules are filling up with even more offerings including a gardening series, podcasting classes, monthly concerts, and our first Fairy Tale Ball since 2019. Help us to keep the programs coming-we truly aim to offer something for everyone. Your donations allow us to bring in artists, lecturers, authors and musicians to enrich the community.

Are you interested in having your name or the name of a loved one in the library? IN addition to monetary donations, there is still time to name a paver on the front walk ($1500) or engrave a leaf on the Medford Giving Tree ($250).
February 8th is the deadline for making a pledge for a leaf or a paver. Our goal is to raise $20,000 for programs to activate the library this year. We are almost there.
Your gift can help us fully fund all we do this year. Visit http://www.medfordpubliclibraryfoundation.org/donate to make your contribution today.
