Alzheimer's: Know the 10 Signs. Tuesday, February 23, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Early detection of Alzheimer's disease gives a person a chance to begin drug therapy, enroll in clinical studies, and plan for the future. A representative from the Alzheimer's Association will be here to talk about early detection.

Tuesday Night Stitchers. Tuesday, February 23, 2016 from 4:45 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. This group instructs and shares ideas with knitters of all skill levels, beginning to advanced. New faces are always welcome. The group gathers at the tables near the New Books section.

SCORE Workshop: How to Apply for a Business Loan. Tuesday, February 23, 2016 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. This workshop will focus on the individual requirements of the participants, including start-ups, mature businesses, and purchasing of existing businesses. Loan sources for amounts from $5,000 to $5,000,000 will be covered, as well as business plans to accompany loan applications. This is a free seminar, but registration is requested. Knitters for Charity. Friday, February 26, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Join this fun group to knit and crochet for charity. They have donated over 14,000 items--hats, scarves, items for children, afghans, and more--to cancer patients, the needy, the homeless, and others. New faces are always welcome, and if you want to learn how to knit or crochet, they will teach you.

Adoptable Pets at the Library. Saturday, February 27, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Pasco County Animal Services is going to load up the Tail Wagon and bring some adoptable animals to the Hudson Library! Come and find your new furry friend.
