Teen Movie Fun. Tuesday, December 19, 2017, 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Grab your friends and watch a fun movie. This month’s title is a Spiderman movie. Woodworking 101: Picnic Table Part 1. Monday, December 18, 2017, 3:00 p.m.  – 6:00 p.m. Join us in The Foundry for another awesome woodworking class! This time our volunteer teachers will be building a picnic table for the library. In this class you will be learning skills and helping to improve the library. You will not be taking home a project. Tai Chi. Monday, December 18, 2017, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Join us for our all new Tai Chi classes! Bonnie’s Tai Chi Class brings all your physiological systems from digestion, cardiovascular, respiration, immunity and mental activity up to a higher level in a gentle and low impact manner. No movement is too difficult or strenuous as Bonnie modifies each movement to fit every student’s needs. Many of her students can work at different levels within the same class whether you are doing chair work due to an injury or studying in preparation to teach. Greater flexibility, core stability, improved balance, less fatigue, and reduced stress aid in the ability for her students to prevent and deal with issues such as Fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, Arthritis, Joint Replacement, Lowering Blood Pressure, Depression, Anxiety and Breathing. The Land O’Lakes Scribblers. Monday, December 18, 2017, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Join us for our all new, monthly writing group! Use this time to practice your writing skills with our creative writing prompts. Local authors can also gather to share their writing and receive encouragement. Ages: 16+

Essential Oils of the Bible. Tuesday, December 19, 2017, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Join us for Essential Oils of the Bible! In this class, our volunteer teacher will explain the basics of what essential oils are and how they were used in biblical times. Summary:  Harold Fry, 65, has cut the lawn outside his home at Kingsbridge on the south coast of Devon when he receives a letter.  A colleague of twenty years ago, Queenie Hennessy, has cancer and is in a hospice in Berwick-upon-Tweed.  This story is about his journey to find this long-lost friend.
