Qigong Class. Tuesday, October 20, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Qigong (chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow, mindful postures, breathing techniques, and focused intention. Color Me Calm for Adults. Tuesday, October 20, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Take a break from your stress for an hour and color some intricate and tranquil designs using colored pencils. New faces are always welcome, and if you want to learn how to knit or crochet, they will teach you.
