SHINE Counseling. Tuesday, March 7, 2017, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. SHINE (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders) is a free program offered by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs and your local Area Agency on Aging. Specially trained volunteers can assist you with your Medicare, Medicaid, and health insurance questions by providing one-on-one counseling and information. SHINE services are free, unbiased, and confidential.

Yoga for Well-Being. Thursday, March 9, 2017, 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. The purpose of yoga is to increase overall well-being by reducing stress and tension and by increasing flexibility, strength and enhancing breathing ability. This class offers fundamental techniques tailored to the level of ability and fitness of the participants with an emphasis on relaxation and mindfulness throughout the practice.
