Sewing Basics 101. Saturday, December 17, 2016, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. **Registration starts 12/3/16.** Ages: 9+. In this class patrons will become familiar with the sewing machine and practice by stitching a small craft item! Come learn about all the different parts of the machine and how they are used, including: the feed dogs, presser feet, and bobbin. We will get a lot of practice on the machine, doing things like: threading the machines needle and bobbin, and other basics, as well as sewing lines and curves, and different spacing.
