SYSTEMWIDE VIRTUAL & OUTREACH PROGRAMS

English Conversation Group. Wednesday, January 11, 2023, 2:00 p.m. — 3:00 p.m. & Friday, January 13, 2023, 10:00 a.m. — 11:30 a.m.
Practice your English-speaking skills in a group on Zoom. This is a fun, casual atmosphere to practice and improve your English. Speakers of all levels are welcome. We have a new topic for every meeting. The class will be hosted by Claudia from the South Holiday Library. Hispanic Society Club. Wednesday, January 11, 2023, 5:30 p.m. — 6:30 p.m.
Gather together in this club for an opportunity to learn and celebrate Hispanic heritage through stories, games, and crafts. The theme for this meeting will be “España, la Madre Patria.”

Korean Culture Club. Wednesday, January 11, 2023, 6:00 p.m. — 7:00 p.m.
Calling all teens, come ride the 한류 (Korean wave) with us! Together, we'll talk about all K-pop, K-dramas, and so much more!
Important Note: This program is for teens, grades 8-12. Masks are not required but recommended.

This storytime is recommended for children (ages 3-5) along with their caregiver. Registration begins two weeks prior to the program.

Are you interested in digitizing your family photos? Are you wondering what's on those negatives in the closet shoe box?
Tuesday mornings we will have our Loft doors open for patrons who already know how to use our photo scanners. If you're just getting started, please make an appointment for a Tuesday afternoon instead. This is when a team member can be made available to assist.

Join us for a Tai Chi class with Bonnie Birdsall. This class brings all your physiological systems from digestion, cardiovascular, respiration, immunity, and mental activity up to a higher level in a gentle and low impact manner. Benefits of practicing include: greater flexibility, core stability, improved balance, less fatigue, and reduced stress.
