English Conversation Group. Wednesday, December 21, 2022, 2:00 p.m. — 3:00 p.m. & Friday, December 23, 2022, 10:00 a.m. — 11:30 a.m.
Practice your English-speaking skills in a group on Zoom. This is a fun, casual atmosphere to practice and improve your English. Speakers of all levels are welcome. We have a new topic for every meeting. The class will be hosted by Claudia from the South Holiday Library. Have some last-minute gifts that you need to wrap? We've got you covered! Bring your gifts and we'll supply everything else you need to 'wrap up' before the holiday season -- music, joy, and extra tape included! Feel free to bring a few of your own supplies as well.

Calling all adults (21 and older)! Spend your Sunday afternoon with us at the Wicked Pour, a taproom located in Odessa. There we'll be hosting our book club, Novels on Tap. This month’s selection is The Night Tiger by Yangsze Choo.

Baby Storytime. Tuesday, December 20, 2022, 10:15 a.m. — 10:45 a.m.
This lap-sit program is meant to instill the love of reading in children at an early age. It is suitable for babies up to 1-year-old and their caregiver(s).

Toddler Storytime. Tuesday, December 20, 2022, 11:15 a.m. — 11:45 a.m.
This program is intended for toddlers (ages two to three) along with their caregiver. Registration begins 2 weeks prior to the event.

Master Gardeners Seminar: Herbs. Wednesday, December 21, 2022, 11:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m.
Join the Master Gardeners for a presentation on herb gardens. As a beginning or experienced gardener, herbs are a must for you. If you give them the growing conditions they prefer, most herbs will take less care than almost anything else in your garden. Find out how easy it is to grow and use herbs in Florida.

Korean Culture Club. Wednesday, December 21, 2022, 6:00 p.m. — 7:00 p.m.
Calling all teens, come ride the 한류 (Korean wave) with us! Together, we'll talk about all K-pop, K-dramas, and so much more!
This program is for teens, grades 8-12. Registration is required to attend. Masks are recommended but not required.
Preschool Storytime. Thursday, December 22, 2022, 10:15 a.m.—10:45 a.m. & 11:15 a.m. — 11:45 a.m.
This storytime is recommended for children (ages 3-5) along with their caregiver. Registration begins two weeks prior to the program.
Important Note: Registration is required for each child in attendance.

Tabletop Times. Thursday, December 22, 2022, 5:00 p.m. — 7:00 p.m.
For veterans of tabletop RPGs and newcomers alike, we'll be playing weekly games of Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition at the Starkey Ranch TLC! You can come with a newly forged character or build one from scratch. Drop in and out whenever you want; the adventures are never-ending!
Recommended ages are between 10 - 17. Recommended party size is 3-4 players, but a hard cap will be placed at 6.

Adult Open Studio: Painting. Thursday, December 22, 2022, 5:30 p.m. — 7:30 p.m.
Join us for Adult Open Studio! This program is a self-guided exploration of painting through a variety of materials. We will provide some materials, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like. We will learn, practice, and share basic painting techniques and freely explore the medium of painting in a comfortable group environment. Walk-ins welcome any time during Open Studio. A staff member or volunteer will be present to guide any beginners. Open to all skill levels.

Are you interested in digitizing your family photos? Are you wondering what's on those negatives in the closet shoe box?
Tuesday appointments are intended for beginners who need some guidance with using our photo scanners. Please call our Service Desk to make an appointment and utilize our photo scanners in our new Loft Makerspace. Our equipment can scan both negatives and developed photos. If you want to bring one friend who is also learning, we are happy to accommodate. Please read below for more details.

The Wesley Chapel Lions Sight Program is offering free vision screenings for Pasco County Residents who can not afford eye care. Diabetes screening is also provided. To qualify, please bring the following:
- Valid Government ID: Florida Driver's License/ID, US Passport, or Military
- Proof of US Citizenship
- Social Security Card
- Proof of need including: Rent/Mortgage, Basic Living Expenses (Electric, Gas, Fuel, Propane, Water/ Sewer, Trash)
