This lap-sit program is meant to instill the love of reading in children at an early age. It is suitable for babies up to 1-year-old and their caregiver(s). Registration begins 2 weeks prior to the program.
Important Note: Only a single registration under the baby's name is needed.

Toddler Storytime. Tuesday, November 1, 2022, 11:15 a.m. — 11:45 a.m.
This program is intended for toddlers (ages two to three) along with their caregiver. Registration begins 2 weeks prior to the event.

Charity Sewing for Beginners. Wednesday, November 2, 2022, 1:00 p.m. — 4:00 p.m.
Join us as we make burp cloths and bibs for the Healthy Start Coalition of Pasco County. All materials will be provided. Beginning sewers will practice using a pattern, marking, cutting, sewing on a machine, turning, and topstitching. This class is for ages 9 years and older.

Preschool Storytime. Thursday, November 3, 2022, 10:15 a.m. — 10:45 a.m. & 11:15 a.m. — 11:45 a.m.
This storytime is recommended for children (ages 3-5) along with their caregiver. Registration for this program begins two weeks prior.

Tabletop Times. Thursday, November 3, 2022, 5:00 p.m. — 7:00 p.m.
For veterans of tabletop RPGs and newcomers alike, we'll be playing weekly games of Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition at the Starkey Ranch TLC! You can come with a newly forged character or build one from scratch. Drop in and out whenever you want; the adventures are never-ending!
Recommended ages are between 10 - 17. Recommended party size is 3-4 players, but a hard cap will be placed at 6.

NaNoWriMo Writing Session. Thursday, November 3, 2022, 6:00 p.m. — 7:45 p.m.
Looking for a space to work on your NaNoWriMo novel? Join fellow writers to compare plot notes or focus on hitting your weekly word count while fueling up with some hot beverages and snacks.

Adult Open Studio: Painting. Friday, November 4, 2022, 10:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m.
Join us for First Friday Adult Open Studio! This program is a self-guided exploration of painting through a variety of materials. We will provide some materials, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like. We will learn, practice, and share basic painting techniques and freely explore the medium of painting in a comfortable group environment. Walk-ins welcome any time during Open Studio. A staff member or volunteer will be present to guide any beginners. Open to all skill levels.

Lego Open Build. Saturday, November 5, 2022, 10:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m.
Drop in for some Lego building fun! Bring a friend or family member. Try some of our challenges or just use our Lego blocks to build your own creations. Masks recommended.

Scratch Coding for Beginners. Saturday, November 5, 2022, 3:30 p.m. — 4:30 p.m.
Are you interested in learning how to code? Join us as we use the Scratch program for beginner coding classes. No previous coding experience is required. This program is for children ages 7-13.
The classes will be taught by a Sensei from the Coding Ninjas of Trinity.

Yoga for Stress Relief at the Land O' Lakes Recreation Complex. Monday, October 31, 2022, 6:00 p.m. — 7:00 p.m.
Join us at the Land O' Lakes Recreation Complex for this yoga class. The purpose of yoga is to increase overall well-being by reducing stress and tension and by increasing flexibility, strength and enhancing breathing ability. This free class offers fundamental techniques tailored to the level of ability and fitness of the participants with an emphasis on relaxation and mindfulness throughout the practice. Ongoing classes will enable participants to develop their practice at an appropriate gradual pace.
