Practice your English-speaking skills in a group on Zoom. This is a fun, casual atmosphere to practice and improve your English. Speakers of all levels are welcome. We have a new topic for every meeting. The class will be hosted by Claudia from the South Holiday Library. Homeschool Sewing for Beginners. Wednesday, August 3, 2022, 10:00 a.m. — 11:30 a.m.
Join us to create a needle book. All supplies will be provided. This class is for beginning sewers. This is a great way to add to your own collection of small sewing supplies. We will use basic sewing tools and practicing simple skills such as measuring, cutting, straight stitch, backstitch.  
This class is for ages 9 years and older. Safety and Waiver forms are required. A guardian /parent must complete the form for anyone under the age of 18. Forms can be picked up at the Service Desk before the class.

Teen Advisory Board. Thursday, August 4, 2022, 4:00 p.m. — 5:00 p.m.
Hi teens! Got a fun idea for a library program? Looking for a way to get involved in your community? If so, the library wants to hear from you. Join us at our next Teen Advisory Board meeting!

Drop in for some Lego building fun! Bring a friend or family member. Try some of our challenges or just use our Lego blocks to build your own creations. Masks recommended.

Scratch Coding for Beginners. Saturday, August 5, 2022, 3:30 p.m. — 4:30 p.m.
Are you interested in learning how to code? Join us as we use the Scratch program for beginner coding classes. No previous coding experience is required. This program is for children ages 7-13.
The classes will be taught by a Sensei from the Coding Ninjas of Trinity.
