Join Chef Warren as he shares dozens of kitchen tips, cooking hints and humorous anecdotes about the joys and challenges of cooking seafood for two. Chef Warren will end the presentation with a seafood cooking demonstration, preparing a healthy seafood entrée that anyone can replicate in their own home in less than 10 minutes.

Jr. Master Gardener Summer Program. Tuesday, June 7, 2022, 10:00 a.m. — 12:30 p.m.
UF/IFAS Pasco County Cooperative Extension Service is offering a Jr. Master Gardener Youth Education series starting June 7, 2022. One session will be taught each Tuesday through July 26, 2022. A secondary registration with 4-H Online will be required to secure your child’s spot. Upon class registration and payment, you will receive further instructions concerning the secondary registration. Each session will run from 10:00a.m.-12:30p.m. at the Hudson Library. Cost for the program, including all activity materials, instruction, and books is $60/child.

What creatures light up the dark waters of the ocean? Why are there bioluminescent creatures?  We will finish off the program by creating a jar that glows in the dark to remind us of this fun concept.
