Rodman Buzz
Book Sale

It's Time for the Annual Friends Book Sale!

Friends of Rodman Public Library Annual Used Book Sale will take place Saturday through Thursday, August 3-8. There are 100,000 + items due to extensive donations received from the academic libraries of the University of Mount Union and increased patron donations. Since there are too many items to display at once, tables will be restocked continuously. The book sale also includes DVDs, CDs, audiobooks, magazines and puzzles. A listing of collectible books for sale is also available which may be viewed on the Library’s website at www.rodmanlibrary.com/collectibles.

A new day and time kicks off this year’s book sale. For the general public, the sale continues Sunday, August 4, from 1 to 5 p.m., and Monday and Tuesday, August 5 and 6, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. On Wednesday, August 7, the hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at regular sale prices, then from 5 to 8 p.m., it is “Fill a Bag, Make a Donation.” The sale concludes on Thursday, August 8, with “Fill a Bag, Make a Donation.” Thursday’s hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Gift baskets will again be raffled off during the book sale for $1 per ticket or six tickets for $5.
