Create Clay Ornaments with Hot Pots at RPL

Join the Friends of Rodman Library for a fun afternoon as they conclude their 40^th anniversary celebration. Hot Pots Pottery will be at Rodman Main Auditorium to help attendees create a one-of-a-kind Santa hand clay ornament on Saturday, December 8, from 1 to 4 p.m.

Attendees will use their own hand for the ornament’s mold. Hot Pots will take the molded ornaments back to their business to fire?when it is cured participants will paint it at Hot Pots.

The cost ranges from $15.00-$18.00 depending on the individual’s hand size and is payable to Hot Pots on the day of the program. Reservations are needed. To register or for more information, call Rodman Public Library at 330-821-2665.

Evening Book Discussion Group

Favorite Sons by Robin Yocum The Branch Book Club meets on the first Wednesday of each month and is next scheduled for December 5, at 6:30 p.m.

Favorite Sons, by Robin Yocum, is the book selection for discussion. It is available at Rodman Main and Branch Libraries.

The book selection for January is Big Little Lies, by Liane Moriarty. The event is free and open to the public.
