Owl/Turkey Craft is November Take and Make
Starting Monday, Nov. 1, kids can stop by the Rodman Branch Library to pick up an owl/turkey take and make craft. All supplies for the craft will be included as well as step-by-step instructions, thanks to Friends of Rodman Public Library. Kids Crafting
Children, ages 7-12, are invited to the Rodman Public Library at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 4, for the monthly kids crafting program. For the November craft, kids will make a Fall Luminary Jar. This monthly event is supported by the Friends of Rodman Library. Space is limited to 20 participants and registration is required by visiting our online calendar or by calling the Children’s Department at 330-821-2665, ext. 223.

Storytime With Hot Pots
The Rodman Public Library Branch will host Hot Pots Storytime for children ages 3-12 at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 17 and at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 20. Attendees will listen to a story at the Branch Library and then visit Hot Pots to paint a turkey ceramic figurine. The cost is $12 and patrons must register with Hot Pots by calling 330-823-3333. Kids Book Club
Rodman Public Library invites children, ages 8-12, to join the Kids Book Club, which will meet on the third Wednesday of each month. Sweeping Up the Heart by Kevin Henkes is the selected title for the Nov. 17 meeting. Books are available for extended checkout at the Children’s Department. Registration is required for each session. Kids Gaming
Rodman Public Library invites children, ages 8-12, to Kids Gaming every first Wednesday of each month at the Main Library Auditorium. From 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., children will be treated to open play of video games, Minecraft, etc. on devices provided by the library. The next session is Wednesday, Nov.3. Wee Read
Wee Read sessions will be held on Mondays at 6:30 p.m. and Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. through Nov. 18. Children, ages birth through two years, and their parents or caregivers are invited to attend. Family Fun Night
Each Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. through Nov. 16, parents or caregivers are invited to participate in an entertaining evening with their children in Rodman Main Children’s Department. For children ages 3 to 5, Storytime will offer music, interaction and stories. During this same time, all school-aged children will share in their own fun activities that are based on the STEAM (Science-Technology-Engineering-Arts-Math) program. Storytime
Children, ages 3-5, and their parents or caregivers are invited to attend Storytime sessions each Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Main Library and each Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. as part of Family Fun Night through Nov. 18. SATURDAY, DECEMBER 4
Come play Animal Crossing at Rodman Public Library. Bring your Switch and play on the RPL Island with your friends. An Animal Crossing craft will be offered.
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 11
Alliance High School Choralaires will perform and Santa will visit the Main Library at 1:00 p.m. This family program is open to all ages. Registration is required.
MONDAY, DECEMBER 13
Madcap Puppets from Cincinnati will perform The Nutcracker at 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Registration is required.
