Five Nights at Freddy's Teen Escape Room

Teens, ages 12-18, are invited to participate in an escape room inside the Main Auditorium at Rodman Public Library at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 19. The escape room will have a Five Nights at Freddy’s theme and teens will be tasked with solving a number of puzzles to escape the pizzeria and the haunted animatronics. D&D Club Organizational Meeting

Area teens, ages 12-18, interested in playing a continual Dungeons and Dragons campaign are invited to an organizational meeting from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 11 in the Main Auditorium at Rodman Public Library. Teens will not be participating in a session of the popular tabletop role-playing game during the meeting. The meeting is intended to assess the interest in forming a Teen Dungeons and Dragons group that will meet once a month at the library. Teen Gaming

Area teens, ages 12-18, are invited to Rodman Public Library every other Thursday to play their favorite video games on the Xbox One, Xbox 360 with Kinect, Playstation 3 & 4, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Wii & WiiU. The next sessions will be held from 3 to 5 p.m., on Thursday, Oct. 7 and Thursday, Oct. 21. Visitors will have the opportunity to play a different game each week. Games with ratings from “E” for Everyone, up to”T” for Teen level, will be offered. Along with the video games, the iPad and Nook are available to teens. Teen Writing Club

Creative ideas flowing? Join Rodman Public Library for the Teen Writing Club that meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 3:30 p.m. in computer lab at the Main Library. The next meetings are Oct. 13 and Oct. 27. Have fun meeting with your fellow teen writers to exchange ideas, hone your skills and share your work. For more information, call 330-821-2665, ext. 217.

Teen Book Club

Are you a teen who loves to read? Join Rodman Public Library for the Teen Book Club that meets on the third Monday of the month at 4:00 p.m. in the Main Auditorium. The next meeting will be on Monday, Oct. 18, and the selected title will be Dread Nation by Justina Ireland. Teen Anime Club

All teens, ages 12-18, are invited to Rodman Public Library on the last Tuesday of each month for Teen Anime Club. The next session will be Tuesday, Oct. 26 at 3:00 p.m. Teens will have the chance to pick their favorite episodes to be shown on RPL’s big screen.
