Summer Reading Program for Adults!

The library’s Summer Reading Programs for both children and adults have begun! The programs are very popular and encourage readers to stretch their usual reading categories and try some challenging, interesting, and popular books this summer. For adults, we will use the Bingo card format, with frames to be filled according to what books you are reading. Prizes will include (of course) a selection of new books, and more! One of the best parts of the Summer Reading Program is the Reader’s Response Bulletin Board, where you can write responses and read reports from others who are participating in the program. Stop by the check-out desk and pick up a Summer Reading Program Bingo card!
The Ready-Set-Read children’s program will feature a performance by Jennifer Armstrong on Thursday morning, July 21, at 11:00 am, in the Amphitheatre.
