There will be over 80 artists in the Harbor Arts and Books Fair this weekend! The weather forecast couldn't be better, so we are looking forward to a fabulous weekend! The Fair opens on Saturday morning at 9:00 am; the artists' booths are located all around Harbor Park, Atlantic Avenue, the Camden Amphitheatre, and the upper lawn of the Library.
Harbor Arts & Books Fair is an admission-free, family-friendly event, making it a perfect day trip or weekend destination. This is the first Summer Fair that the Camden Public Library has hosted (formerly the Fair was produced by the Chamber of Commerce). We are proud and pleased to offer you such a wide range of art and artists!
The fair features items for every taste, and prices for every pocketbook. Visitors will find works in watercolor, oil, and acrylics, as well as photography, sculpture, and mixed media. Fans of handcrafted wares can shop for pottery, glass, woodcrafts, jewelry, fiber art and furniture. The Fair is open 9:00 to 5:00 on Saturday, and 10:00 to 4:00 on Sunday.
The Library will carry on the tradition of excellent juried arts, with added festive (and literary!) flavor. Our annual Giant Summer Book Sale takes place at the same time, under the tents. Click here for a list of artists, and more information.
