Northstar Digital Literacy Assessment Authorized Test Site
We are now offering free proctored assessments where you can earn a certificate proving your skills. Included are basic computer digital literacy standards and modules in three main areas:
• Essential Computer Skills - Computer Basics, Internet Basics, Email, Windows OS, Mac OSX
• Essential Software Skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Using Technology to Accomplish Tasks - Social Media, Information Literacy
Measure your skills by practicing the modules located at
www.digitalliteracyassessment.org either at home or in our computer lab. Each module will list the skills you have mastered in the areas for which you need improvement.
To earn a certificate, make an appointment to take a proctored test at the Adult Service Desk.
