Sculpted Yoga
"Get Ready For The 5K"

At 7:00 PM 
This upbeat and super energetic form of yoga builds upon the 5 grounding yoga poses by incorporating the option to utilize light hand weights and cardio bursts which are beneficial for maximum circulation, flexibility and optimal calorie burning effect! 
Please bring 3-5 pound weights if you wish to incorporate weights into your practice.
