Adult Summer Reading Program
"I Got Booked At The MAPLD"

This summer adult readers will “Get Booked” when they register to join our Summer Reading Program. This year’s theme – Get Booked at MAPLD! We will create a case file for all of your mysterious and nefarious summer activities. 

The summer kickoff is June 11, and the Adult Services department will have the Illinois Treasurer’s Office here from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm so you can search the I Cash website to locate any missing money you may have, and we will be showing National Treasure on the whiteboard outside our office. 

Read books, check out a mystery movie, and/or participate in our many special mystery-themed fun activities to earn raffle tickets for the Grand Prize: a $50.00 Visa gift card!
Read as many books, watch as many movies, or do as many activities as you wish and get a raffle ticket for each one.
