Celebrate National Library Week!

Monday, April 9 – Saturday, April 14

Next week is National Library Week, a time set aside for celebrating the contributions of libraries around the country. If you love Altadena Library and want to join us for some celebratory activities, here are some opportunities to show your love:

  • Stop by the Main Library throughout the week to pick up a special library BUTTON! Using our nifty button-maker, children can color in their own designs and go home with a custom button that celebrates reading!
  • Meet us at the Market – Wednesday, April 11, is  National BookMobile Day , and we'll be bringing our Library Bike to Altadena Farmers Market where you can meet us after 4:00pm to sign up for a library card and engage in a special Market Story Time!
