Each Friday, Noon Films offers an entertaining documentary or feature film from the library's collection. Refreshments will be provided.

Students in sixth through 12 grades may earn prizes for reading and enjoying books by participating in the Build A Better World Summer Reading Program. For reading five books, teens will receive a sports water bottle and a book. For reading an additional five books, teens will receive a backpack/cell-phone wallet and a book.
Teens may turn in their logs for prizes and books until Saturday, Sept. 9.

On the third Thursday of each month, tweens, ages 9-14, are invited to explore different ways of "making." Check Willard's Facebook page or website for the upcoming month's project featuring a variety of different STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) activities.

Meet Libby. Did you know Willard Library has thousands of ebooks and audiobooks? You can borrow them, instantly, for free, using just the device in your hand. It takes just a few taps to find and borrow a book. Libby has a ground-breaking built-in ebook reader, and a beautiful audiobook player. If you prefer, you can send books to your Kindle for reading.

Libby is the brand new app from OverDrive Labs. We're trying to simplify and bring joy to every aspect of digital borrowing and reading. If you love it, you can use it instead of the OverDrive app. If you don't love it yet, feel free to keep using the OverDrive app, but check in on Libby from time to time — we're adding features and squashing bugs every day.
