Spring has sprung at Willard Library! The month of April kicks off with K-12 spring break for students. If you're planning a trip, try one our our apps like Hoopla to find audiobooks and e-books for the journey. Hoopla also has hours of music for kids. If you're staying in town, there are programs at the library for all ages during Spring Break week.

Jennifer Chiaverini, author of Mrs. Lincoln's Dressmaker, a 2017 Battle Creek Reads book, will spend an evening discussing her books, writing process, and answering questions from the audience. Chiaverini's books will be for sale, and she will be signing her books.

Sing is the story of a koala impresario who stages a gala singing competition to save his theater. The contest attracts the attention of musically inclined animals such as a harried pig mom, a teenage gorilla, a shy elephant, and a punk porcupine. Families are welcome to bring snacks. The movie is rated PG and runs 108 minutes.
