Calling all DC and Marvel fans! Willard Library will host an after-hours superhero celebration, focusing on DC and Marvel. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes. The evening will feature a costume contest, trivia, crafts, games, photo opportunities, and light refreshments. The evening is for those 16 and older.

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of Fort Custer, retired Col. James Spackman, president of the Fort Custer Historical Society, will discuss how the camp was built and 100,000 soldiers passed through during World War I. Learn about our neighbor, which had 1,100 buildings and a hospital consisting of 59 buildings capable of housing more than 20,000 troops at one time.

Readers are invited to share what they are reading or have read recently with other readers. The books discussed may be fiction or nonfiction and available in print, electronic, or audio formats. This is an informal chance to share and learn about some great books to read.
