In Memory of ... Memory Candle Activity

Holiday cheer is in the air, but it’s not a happy time of the year for everyone, especially if some loved ones are no longer in your life. Program leaders will discuss the stages of grief and offer participants opportunities to make mementos.

Cooking With New Asian Taste in Burmese

Local restaurant owner Mung Pi will bring the secrets of his restaurant, New Asian Taste, straight to your kitchen. He will show viewers how to make three of his restaurant’s delicious dishes: tomyum soup, a teriyaki chicken bowl, and Cantonese noodles. This program will be presented entirely in Burmese.

On the Road with Miss Stephanie: Bosserd Family Farm |
For November, Miss Stephanie will go on the road to Bosserd Family Farm in Marshall. The farm offers family fun in the fall, flowers in the spring, strawberries and vegetables in the summer, and beef all year round. In the virtual program, Miss Stephanie will read a story and discuss the importance of gratitude during the Thanksgiving season.
