Manistee County Libray will be closed for elevator repairs on December 1 all day and December 2 until 2 p.m.

We will also be closed on Christmas Eve, December 24, Christmas Day, December 25 and New Year's Eve December 31.

WATCH FOR US IN THE SLEIGH BELL PARADE, 5:30 P.M. ON DECEMBER 5! WE'LL RECREATE CHARACTERS FROM A BOOK THAT WAS PUBLISHED IN THE EARLY 1900'S. IN PAST YEARS, WE'VE DONE ALICE IN WONDERLAND, A CHRISTMAS STORY AND THE WIZARD OF OZ.

Please join us for Christmas stories, games, crafts, treats and a visit with Santa!

Santa will be at the main library on Saturday, Dec. 12 at about 1:30 p.m. He has a busy schedule so come early. This is a free program and everyone is welcome. No need to register, just come on in.

Bear Lake December 14 at 11:00 a.m.

Kaleva December 17 at 10:30 a.m.

Onekama December 17 at 1:00 p.m.

Wellston December 21 at 1:00 p.m.
