The New York Times bestselling author Neal Shusterman will discuss his novel, Dry. Co-written with his son Jarrod Shusterman, Dry is a ‘Cli-Fi’ (climate-fiction) survivalist thriller that follows four teens that are thrust together as a matter of survival as well as the 2020 Lafayette Reads Together (LRT) Selection. We'll open with a performance by the Lafayette High Jazz Combo, book signing to follow the Author's talk at 7:15.
Lafayette Reads Together is a community-wide reading program from the Lafayette Public Library, the Lafayette Parish School System and many local organizations to get the community reading, sharing and discussing the same book.
