Lafayette Reads Together (LRT) |
LRT is a community-wide reading experience from the Lafayette Public Library, the Lafayette Parish School System and many local organizations. Visit our libraries January 10 through March 15 for a free copy of the book The Crossover by Kwame Alexander (while supplies last).
Our month of LRT events will kick off with author Kwame Alexander on Wednesday, January 10th at 6:15 PM at the Main Library. He will share a bit of conversation, a dash of storytelling, and a splash of performance from his recent books, insights and worldwide experiences in Literacy, Empowerment, Action and Poetry. |

Are you a member of the 100 Book Club? Read or listen to 100 books between January 1 and December 31, 2018, and you will become a member of the 100 Book Club. Earn cool prizes and bragging rights when you complete somthing few others will!
