Clifton-Mogg (Simply Scandinavian) has compiled a collection featuring homes that have appeared in the Cote Maison magazines: Cote Est, Cote Ouest, and Cote Sud. Depicted in more than 200 color photographs are renovated and newly built dwellings found primarily in France. Case studies provide a detailed look at 17 residences, whose inhabitants worked with architects and interior designers to transform centuries-old farmhouses, barns, and wineries into a clean, modern style that reflects their settings. Additional focus is given to the materials used in interior surfaces and on individual rooms.
