I represent Silicon Valley in Congress. I have worked with leaders in Jefferson, Iowa, Paintsville, Kentucky, Beckley, West Virginia, Columbia, South Carolina, Erie, Pennsylvania and many other places to create tech jobs. There will be 25 million digital jobs by 2025. Silicon Valley companies already have a market cap of over 11 trillion dollars! We need to democratize the innovation economy and bring tech and economic prosperity to rural and Black and Brown communities that have been left out.
