She earned her certificate as a holistic health counselor in 2013 and teaches fitness inBoston as well as on retreats for women around the world. Ellie met her husband of four years ather grandparent's home in Kennebunkport, Maine, and was married there in 2014. George and Barbara Bush: A Great American Love Story is Ellie's first book which she was inspired to write after being a witness to their love over the years. Many books have been written about her grandparents but this is the first that focuses specifically on the enduring relationship of George and Barbara Bush.
