About the Author
Wendy J. Fox was born in rural Washington state, which has inspired much of her writing on class and the west. Her first book, "The Seven Stages of Anger and Other Stories," was a finalist for the Colorado Book Award. In 2016, she was chosen by "Displaced Nation" as a top pick for her debut novel "The Pull of It." Her most recent title, the novel "If the Ice Had Held" is a Buzzfeed recommended read and a grand prize winner from Santa Fe Writers Project. She lives in Denver, Colorado.
