There are 10 different projects ranging from linens to hair clips to buttons--all projects show practical ways to embellish with embroidery and applique. The book wraps up with Nichole's suggestions on how to explore your own creativity with pattern suggestions for making your own hoops or accessories.
About the Author
Fiber Artist, Nichole Vogelsinger, spent her childhood exploring the local fabric shop where her grandmother worked and her mother taught quilting classes, but for years felt that sewing with a machine was too intimidating to master. Hand stitching became her preference, embroidering fabric in hoops, as well as experimenting with other fiber arts in bits of free time, after the kids were in bed. The hobby soon became an Instagram feed (@wildboho) and then a book, Boho Embroidery. She is the creator of the Boho Stitch Along, #BohoSAL, and blogs weekly about her latest adventures in the world of stitchery. Rarely does a day go by without stitching, and when she does not have a hoop in hand, she is planning the next five in her head.
