About the Author
A.G. Riddle
I am a father of two, husband (of one) , avid reader, and author of ten novels.I write books about the big ideas that fascinate me: What is humanity's destiny? What will the future look like? Why do we seem to be alone in the universe? What if X happened? I love a good scientific mystery. And stories about people with secrets. If there's not a big twist somewhere along the way - usually at the end - I never write the first word.My own story is a lot less interesting than the books, but here's the outline. I grew up in a small college town in North Carolina and attended UNC-Chapel Hill. I started an internet company in college and did that for ten years but eventually got burnt out on it. As a kid, I read a lot but never gave much thought to being a writer until my late twenties. At that point in my life, reading science fiction at night was the thing I looked forward to the most. So I took two years off to study the craft and write my first novel (The Atlantis Gene) . I thought, if it takes off, I'll carry on. If not, I'll do something else. That novel came out in March of 2013. I've been writing since.I live in Raleigh now, with my wife, daughter, son, and a somewhat manipulative dog. My time these days is spent changing diapers, writing, working on home projects, and deploying a breathtaking amount of dad jokes. For more, please visit: agriddle.com/bioWant to know when I release new books?
