About the Author
IVAN VLADISLAVI? is the author of the highly praised novel The Restless Supermarket (2001 and forthcoming from And Other Stories in 2014) as well as award-winning non-fiction Portrait with Keys (2006) , which was shortlisted for the Ondaatje Prize and won the Alan Paton Award. Originally part of a collaborative project with photographer David Goldblatt, Double Negative was shortlisted for the South African Sunday Times Fiction Prize 2011 and won the University of Johannesburg Creative Writing Prize 2010/11. Vladislavi? currently lives in Johannesburg.
