About the Author

Anne Flett-Giordano

Anne Flett-Giordano is an Emmy-winning television writer and producer whose credits include "Frasier," "Hot in Cleveland," "Becker," and "Desperate Housewives."

She is currently having a blast writing for the CBS hit comedy "MOM" starring Anna Faris and Allison Janney.

In addition to the three Best Comedy and two Best Writing in a Comedy Series Emmys, Anne (with her partner Chuck Ranberg) has won a Producer's Guild Award and a Golden Globe and was nominated for the Writer's Guild Best Writing in a Comedy Series award. "Thank you, "Frasier."

In addition to TV writing, she constantly tries to diet, drinks wine, laughs with her friends, and stresses over the whole aging thing. Thankfully, working for five years with the, wicked-cool, Betty White, helped allay a lot of those fears, at least for now.

Anne divides her time between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, California, where Raider and Gracie, who refuse to think of themselves as pets, insist on walking on her computer keyboard, making it very difficult for her to finish the next installment in her debut series.
