Paola Bacchia

Paola Bacchia was born in Australia to Italian migrant parents and into their food culture. Her award-winning blog "Italy on my mind" explores the connection between family memories and food through stories, photos and recipes. She travels to Italy regularly to expand her knowledge of Italian food and traditions. She runs a cooking school in Melbourne, Australia and annual workshops at the Anna Tasca Lanza Cooking School in Sicily.
