My name is Michael Boxwell. I have been writing about technology, motoring and the environment for many years with articles being published in newspapers, magazines and online.I wrote my first book in 2003 (The Proof of Delivery Buyer's Guide - now in its eighth edition) and have since followed that up with the Solar Electricity Handbook (first published in 2009 and now in its eleventh edition, having sold nearly 100,000 copies) and The Electric Car Guide series of books.When I'm not writing, I am a technical architect and designer, currently developing new solar and battery technology.
