Laura Vickers (also known as "Aunt Laura") found herself an accidental author after her sister, Peggy Wargelin, transformed a handwritten gift of love into a fun guide to the airport that everyone can now enjoy. As a public school teacher Laura has had an opportunity to learn from a variety of wonderful students in Pre-K through 8th grade. She is certified to teach Music, Interrelated Special Education, Early Childhood, and Middle Grades Math, Language Arts, and Social Studies and has started her own creative website at www.plaidpancakes.com. She loves her neices Janet and Helen and currently lives with her husband Mark (of "Uncle Mark" fame) and three quite naughty cats.
