Monika Cilmi

Monika Cilmi was born in Catania, Italy where she grew up but she now lives in the UK. She has travelled and exhibited her work internationally and won some art prizes. Her passion for Oriental art is very strong and she has taught art and craft in Italy and England. She mainly works as a professional artist and collaborate with various companies for art and interdisciplinary projects. She has recently been selected for a representation with Art Production NYC. Her book "Beginning Chinese brush" is inspired by her passion for Chinese and Japanese art and her own research and personal approach to a very unique form of art.
